Return Authorization Process

At RELiON Battery we pride ourselves on resolving any issue our customers have in an efficient and timely manner.

Please follow the instructions below in order to process your return:

Fill out the contact form. *In the How Can We Help section, note that you are inquiring about a return so that the RMA # can be assigned and proper Shipping instructions can be given.

(NOTE: These are Lithium Batteries and there are government mandated shipping requirements that must be followed)

Customer Service will contact you with the RMA#. At that time shipping will be determined. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

A credit or replacement battery will be issued once the return is received. Credit or Replacement will be determined based on the circumstances of the return.
