The RB10-PC deep cycle lithium battery is specially designed for wind turbine pitch systems. It’s perfect for use as a standby emergency power source with extremely high peak current requirements. In comparison to AGM batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries do not decay under the constant centrifugal forces, yielding an extremely long life, thereby offering the lowest lifetime costs per kWh cycle. Up to six RB10-PC batteries (72V system) can be used in series to power the pitch of windmill blades.
